“Quite impressed with the service I received. After entering the details required I received a listing from 6 potential suppliers. I was contacted by one of the suppliers and after confirming that the description was correct I was informed the delivery would take 1 to 2 days. The part arrived the following day, it was well packed and as described in the telephone conversation. Very Good experience”

“My hand brake lever needed replaced as the button had jammed and would not release I required a replacement hand brake lever and did not want to pay £250 for a brand new one. I called a parts store who recommended 247 spares or to go to the official garage dealer. I tried ebay first and the price was a little high because of postage and packing costs. I quickly entered the details of what part I was looking for on the 247 spares website and I got a call five minutes later the seller asked me how much had other firms charged for the part they then offered me a better deal for a amazing low price. I bought the part and the part arrived the next working day in very good condition. Brilliant for saving you money and for getting you the part you require as fast as they can.”

“Bit early as only ordered yesterday but if part arrives as projected and works out ok I'm chuffed to bits. I live in central France and backed my Mondeo into a tree branch breaking the plastic lense cover over the rear light assembly. My local Ford main dealer quoted 165 euros for the part plus fitting. I thought "sod that" and phoned”

I phoned 247 spares and within 5 minutes was put in touch with someone who sold me the complete unit for £24 including delivery to my daughter in south London. If it all goes ok, I am naturally chuffed to bits. Watch this space!”
