“Most internet shopping is done by logging onto a web site and browsing the products available and being able to make instant comparisons of quality and price. I would like to be able to do this when I am looking for a car part. I want to be able to search and see what is available as I search, not wait for individual dealers to get back to me if they have the item. It would mean that dealers would have to have proper inventories of their stock available on line and it also means that dealers have to be competitive. That said, the responses I got from my 247 inquiry were polite and to the point. The dealers were forthright about the condition of the item and they seemed very careful to try and avoid pushing a sale, quite happy to simply state what they had and leave the decision to me. This was appreciated. I was also surprised at how few responses I got.”

“Your site looks great and easy to navigate through. I've got few quotations on it but then I've try to call them and my surprise came up. The telephone numbers you're posting are very highly chargeable and the waiting time is huge. The rates per minute are sky high and the people behind it don't seam to be in no interest to pick up. Or even when they do,it seams like they do you a favor. 6£/minute is just another scam. Thank you but I won't be using you ever again!”

“The 247 Spares website is good, clear and easy to use. However, I cannot say the same for the supplier network that it put my request to. Of the 3 responses, 2 of them admitted under questioning that the part they offered was not the part I requested, but was a different spec. Therefore 2 wasted phone calls.”

“Was contacted very quickly by five or six companies. Each one gave me a quote for the part, along with lots of welcome advice. Unfortunately, the value of the car is only marginally more than the cost of repair so I won't be proceeding. However, I was very pleased with the service I received and will definitely use this site again.”
