“I found 247 very helpful, helping me to source the part that I needed urgently, and saving me a lot of money too. However, I inadvertantly clicked the text activate button and in doing so emptied my pay as you go phone of credit (2 or 3 pounds, but still worth it. “It would be helpful to know that 247 Spares phone number is charged at a premium rate. I got through £5 of credit in about three and a half minutes and was cut off part way through taking down an important delivery reference number. Very irritating .”
