“I should be honest with you that I was not happy from the word go yesterday when I rang and made confirmation of the quotation that I had received from the previous night. I spoke to a gentleman who said the colour of the wing mirror was not available but would try and get a new plain one that will need painting. I gave him my bank details and within a short space of time received 4 different emails with different quotations and amounts and didn't even know which one was I meant to pay for.I rang 24/7 spares and spoke to a certain lady who never explained to me what I was on about and just said to me they will deliver whatever I had agreed on. I believe that was being rude and I was thinking of even sending the mirror back but just because I was desperate in need of it decided to keep it. Why was I not given choice to choose which mirror I could afford to pay for after all I had seen some on ebay that were new and even less than £50. Nobody explained to me about that vat over £10 and so on, that was just not fair.”

“Needed an electric door mirror for my Zafira because a "BLIND donkey" driving on my side of the road, ripped mine off and could not be bothered to stop but sped away before I could get his number and report him. Put on my request and within 24 hours had eight to ten quotes. Unfortunately none of them could beat Ebay”

“The first quote you gave was rather high but then you came up with one that was reasonable. e.mails and text messages kept me up to date with your search for a replacement mirror, but husband was on the case and found one more or less the same price first. Thank you for your prompt service I will definately use you again.”

“! was inundated with messages off garages that had the part I needed, the only advice I would offer is if your not in a hurry for your parts wait for about five days before you actually buy as the first quotes I received were the highest after I had bought my part I was still getting offers and they were much cheaper, I did get a bargain but its still nice if you can save even more, overall I would definitely recommend 247 spares.”
