“I registered with 247Spares looking for replacement headlights for my Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo. All of the telephone numbers that came up are mobile phones-not a good start. I deliberately put a wrong telephone number as my home phone so that people couldn't contact me yet I am bombarded with emails from people offering spares. I will not deal with people/companies that only have a mobile as a contact number -the parts could be stolen-and there are no addresses for these "companies" so that I could check them out. i do not recommend that anybody deals with firms offering parts with only a mobile phone number and no address. I will not be dealing with 247Spares again.”

“We received approximately 10 of the same emails from you, which was most annoying. We called the dealer and were able to get a price within a few minutes, but the continous bombardment of emails that followed has put us off using your service again. There is no way to unsubscribe, email......”

“Made a request at 6.30pm for an ABS pump for Citroen C5. One immediate quote (expensive for second-hand item). Four other quotes early following morning, two of which gave no price just a request to ring with part number. This I did and both suppliers found that they had no stock but could order new if I wanted (at £50 more than I could obtain locally). Of the other two, one was very expensive for second-hand item and the other was even more expensive but for a reconditioned unit. Understand the time delay in quoting due to the time I requested a quote but to suggest they had stock when they patently did not I find frustrating. Overall not a good experience.”

“I had no idea 24/7Spares existed......after a calf jumped out the back of my Shogun through a closed window and taking the window with it, I needed a new piece of glass. We were told that they were "Agent Only" parts, at about £500, and I could find none on Ebay. I submitted my request to 24/7Spares and within an hour about 6 had been sourced. Easy Peasy!!”
