“Website was easy to use to request a part. Parts suppliers were useless - either calling me with parts that were the wrong colour (but without saying so), stupid prices - I don't expect to pay 60% of the value of a new part, for an used one. Although 5 suppliers provided quotes on the website, only two called me, which is fine. But, because the website doesn't show which supplier is which, I couldn't tell which ones I had already spoken to. So I didn't bother phoning them. Also, I read that the 07x phone numbers are £6 per minute. Although this may not be true, the site should state the rate on those. Overall: rubbish”

“I went on line with my request for parts and within 10 mins 3 phone calls to say we have them in stock... NEW ITEMS delivered within 24hrs Can't get better than that... will use 247 again :-))))”

“I had been searching for Vauxhall parts off and on for a couple of days with no luck. I then put my request on 247 and started getting quotes within minutes and found the correct part straight away. I then needed an engine for a VW and the same thing happened. Saved me lots of time searching and also the quotes I was getting were from reputable professional breakers. Very happy.”

“I had 4 quotes back for the part I was looking for in under an hour. The prices varied considerably for the same item, so make sure you call all of them. One sour note is that 1 company, phoned me 5 minutes after receiving the quote to try to get me to buy the part from them and although they were the cheapest, put me off, as I felt a little pressured by them. Overall a very good website.”

“Well they said I would receive my part today for my car etc I had a mechic here waiting to replace it which I had to pay 2 hours labour. I called the company and they said up to 7 pm but still nothing”
