“The system worked really well, lots of contacts with very competitive prices. I chose the one that could offer next day delivery on a Saturday. It didn't arrive. Lots of apologies and assurance it would be there on Monday. The mechanic friend I had arranged was not happy. It didn't turn up Monday either, they had the wrong post code!! promised priority next day delivery by DHL. it didn't come . lots of phone calls given tracking numbers assured it had gone for special delivery not 24 hour. it arrived at 4pm , once again too late to be fitted, by 24 hour DHL. NOT HAPPY. Asked for a refund at 1pm Tuesday as I had sourced another one locally and told he had done what I had asked and it was not his fault. If I returned the part he would pay back maybe or give me discount on another part. Pity that your traders can ruin what is a great idea. I wont use it again because of the supplier, I felt totally out of control and left with nothing I could do to put it right. Phone no of supplier is 07891571177”

“Dear Sirs I have never needed such a service before and was somewhat sceptical. On logging in I got a phone call within minutes from a firm in Coventry offering the very part I needed at a very good price. Amazingly it was delivered in less than 24 hours. “The response to my request was much faster than anticipated with several companies coming forward with offers, unfortunately this time I did not use any as I had managed to source the parts at a local company. But was very impressed indeed and shall use the service again if the need arises”

“Used this service twice in the last 2 weeks. No1 for 2 alloy wheels.Seller contacted me with a quote and they arrived within a few days.To my surprise they also came with 2 very good tyres .The price I paid for 2 wheels including the tyres is less than I would have paid for 2 new tyres, so effectively I got the wheels for free. No2 I wanted a replacement wiper motor with linkage.I promptly receive 4 quotes.I contacted the one which said 1 day delivery.However when I phoned them they said they could not guarantee 1 day but would request it.It arrived the following morning. Excellent service and will use 247 spares in future.”
