“Hi Guys....I don't use you very often.....But when I do...... you "Tick ALL the boxes !".......I had multiple offers the same day. The parts I want are on the way the same day.....They rang me to ask for the Engine Number to make sure the parts they were sending were the correct ones ! There is one breaker of Japanese & German cars in Birmingham....("No Names, No Pack Drill").....I'm sure YOU know who there are, make us "USERS" of your service VERY nervous of buying parts through you...("One Bad Apple" etc). Keep up the good work.....You're getting it right ! Best Regards.....Mal T”

“I needed a replacement engine for my Ford KA urgently. The thought of trawling through google to find salvage companies & then go through all the details with each one was off putting to say the least. Using 24/7 Spares was the answer to my prayers, just fill in the details once and wait for the quotes to come in, I say wait, I was receiving quotes within the first 5 minutes. I had my replacement engine paid for within 30 mins & delivered within 2 days. Fantastic service.”

“The first supplier I contacted tried to charge me £20 for delivery to a place 30 miles rom Aberdeen for a wing mirror. The second supplier quoted £8 delivery but then charged me £10. Couldn't be bothered to complain. The mirror arrived well packaged and fitted correctly”

“Despite stating that I wanted a wing mirror unit for a Ford Focus C- Max GHIA and this was noted on the order form I received 2. no. mirrors for a standard model i.e without the integral downlight and indicator . I had to keep one unit so I could drive legally . Return the other and a few weeks later ,after some chasing of the supplier , received the right unit . A good result in the end and at half the cost of Ford Cars Official Spare Part List Price but not so happy with mix up and delay..”
