“I am amazed at the service. I asked for unusual part on the Saturday, by Sunday I had 4 places offering me the part, I picked the cheapest one, paid by credit card on the Monday, the part was here 9a.m. on the Tuesday , delivered by van. (small enough to have gone by post!). J.B. Kent”

“Needing a part for a 10 year old foreign car I used the site to source a second hand one. Not so many years ago the option would have been phoning around and scouring local salvage sites, and more than likely have to strip out the part myself. Within minutes of entering the details a dealer called to confirm they had the part, which could be delivered 48 hours later at a fraction of the cost I anticipated. Within hours I'd had half a dozen or so calls and emails offering the part at a range of prices to compare. As it happened, the first caller offered the lowest price, and the part was delivered as promised -perfect.”

“I contacted a company through this website on what I thought was a mobile number, however I was wrong and ending up being charged £8 for the call. I raised a complaint on 247 Spares website which they then passed on to the company I received my item from (and the complaint was directed at 247 Spares not the other company), I was then informed by the other company that they provide 247 Spares with a landline number to be supplied to customers, this was not the number provided to me though. I then tried to phone 247 Spares, however there was no answer and not even a company voicemail. I would not use this company again!”
