“Sam is extremely knowledgeable and practical. He fixed one fridge for me promptly. Second time, he advised me to just just replace a fridge rather than make an expensive fix with him that may not work. Would highly recommend very trustworthy.”

“My refrigerator was leaking water and Sam came out the same day. He didn't have the part needed, but got it same day and was back the next day to finish the repair. I used a different company previously to fix the icemaker and it was a nightmare. Sam was fast, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!”

“If you need an honest appliance repair guy, then you should give this company a call. Mike was on time and fixed the problem quickly. Our three year old washing machine was acting up and needed some tlc. Mike came out after hours (6:00 pm) and had us up in running in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company.”

“Everything about the process of getting my washing machine back up and running was seamless. He was very professional polite over the phone when setting up the appointment as well as in person. Everything was fixed and taken care of in less than 24 hours! We will definitely use this company for any future repairs we may need.”

“Called to get our washer repaired. He was not able to come on Saturday due to an emergency but made a special trip on Sunday to make it up. Communication was clear and was very punctual. Would use this company again if needed. Highly recommend!”

“This is the kind of business you want to do business with. Called about washer trouble, and rather than trying to make money, he gave me the honest recommendation over the phone to skip spending money on a repair and to replace the unit instead since the repair cost would be so high. Very impressed with his integrity!”

“They are great! They act with a tremendous sense of urgency and their communication is spot on (something that lacks in the appliance business) but Ben was very good with keeping me posted on his arrival time, what the issue was with my washing machine and how he would fix it. I recommend this company to anyone!”

“Great service. Came out earlier than he thought he could to fix our dryer. He left it cleaner in are real then when he came in period the dryer works great and it was much less expensive than Anticipated. I will definitely use him again and I will recommend him”

“My washer stopped on the rinse cycle full of water. He came out the same day I called. He diagnosed and repaired in about 30 minutes. I was so happy! Professional, friendly and very knowledgable. I would definitely use again.”
