“Super happy with the customer service, reliability, timeliness, and honesty ofthis company. Peter is amazing diagnostician of the problem before he even arrives and then is able to repair quickly and accurately on the first try. He's honest and won't take you for a financial ride. Highly recommend him and his company to anyone who needs their appliances repaired.”

“Kyle called my husband back on our request for service on a 10 year old dishwasher. After getting the model number and symptoms he diagnosed over the phone that the model was at its lifespan and it likely couldn't be repaired. Saved us a wait as well as a service call. I'll call him whenever I need service.”

“Sam has a one man operation but he was super responsive, professional, and quickly fixed a refrigerator leak that had been ongoing for years for a very fair price. He was also extremely honest when I first contacted him, saying that if my refrigerator was a model that he hadn't worked with that he would let me know, and not charge me for the visit. I HIGHLY recommend Sam!”

“ratings are well deserved. He does great work. Called me back same day. Quickly diagnosed the problems on the phone. Showed up on time with the right parts. Fixed it in less than an hour. Ordered something I was missing and dropped it off with me once it arrived. Great experience.”

“Excellent service! Called Sunday morning as my fridge was not cooling properly and Kyle came over within the hour. Diagnosed the issue within minutes and had the replacement part available and changed everything out. Very polite and professional. Good to go!”

“Outstanding. Excellent expert and quick repair of a busted clothes washer. Feel kind of stupid reviewing these guys since it would be smarter to keep them a secret, but really, fair is fair, they are the best. Same day service (w/no extra charge), showed us the broken part (that a different repair guy had completely missed), fixed it quickly, reasonable charge, courteous. Can't ask for better”

“Fast service... The technician called to ask if he can come earlier! Perfect for me! He had the part on board and easy peasy, the dishwasher was fixed! No more stinky backed up water smell!! I tell ya, LIFE IS GOOD!”

“Our KitcheAid dishwasher was making a lot of noise while draining. Sam arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He cleared away a couple of pieces of broken glass in the drain and now the machine works beautifully (and quietly). Sam took the time to clean the baseboard of the machine. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and super-effective in fixing our problem.”

“I used the email request a quote and received a reply within 30 minutes. They were able to get to our house the same day and diagnose the issue with our dryer quickly, and fix it the next after getting a part. Jose was friendly and prompt, replying to emails quickly. They have reasonably rates and friendly service. Would use them again.”

“Ive used this company a few times already because they respond quickly and come fix the problem in a timely manner. Prices arent out of control have great customer service. They have fixed my Refrigerator twice now and would trust them with my other appliances.”

“They provides quick response and schedules an appointment the same day. Also it provides 30-min advance call. The repair person, Sam, is friendly and knows what he is doing. He quickly fixed my dish washer and charged me a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.”
