“Fast, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend Sam - my fridge had stopped cooling and he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explain the various possible causes. He also explained that if fixing the first possible cause didn't work, I wouldn't be responsible for the cost of the part. All in all, a very positive experience and will definitely contact them again for any other appliance issues.”

“I had a problem with my washer. I called at 9:30 am and was repaired by 11:30 am. Prompt service, fair price.”

“As good as it gets. Sam kept working to find my washer problem. He was given a defective replacemmet part and came back as soon as possible. he was excellant. I will call them for any appliance repair. Thank you Sam for being so conscientious and thorough and getting my washer fixed as quickly as possible. Very pleasant and honest to deal with.”

“I'm always leery of businesses that have five star ratings when they are customer service oriented. But this company is legit. They came out today and fixed our refregerator good as new. The technician was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. I would absolutely call them again!!”

“Jose has been extremely helpful in helping us fixing the dryer in our apartment. The issue was not easy to fix and requires a lot patience. He went through the process explaining thoroughly to me and performed various test on the fix. A perfect example of 5 star service (I want to give 10 star if it is allowed) !!!”

“Sam was great - he responded quickly, arrived when he said he would, and was able to fix our fridge on the spot in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable, much cheaper than an identical fix done several years ago by a different company. Highly recommend, and will call again should we need another appliance fixed!”

“Excellent, excellent, excellent! Our dryer was not working correctly so we called them...we were able to get a service call the same day. Sam was great, taking the time to explain the problem and was upfront about the cost (which was very reasonable). I will not hesitate to use them in the future.”

“These guys are great! We called them about a microwave malfunction ... they responded by having tech (Sam) come out the next day. He had the necessary parts in his vehicle and repaired the unit in 30 minutes. Sam was very professional and polite!! Highly recommended!!!”

“Booked an appointment to fix my leaky fridge and he came by just a little after the time range they said they would get here. But I got a discount because of that and he fixed it in just a few minutes! Fair price and quick service, would definitely use them again.”

“Highly recommend this company for responding immediately to my request for a quote about a possibly leaky fridge. Mike showed up right on time, answered all my questions and even went above and beyond to help vacuum under my fridge and change my water filter. Charged a very fair and reasonable price. Will definitely use this company again.”

“Adding my 5 star review to the many others here. And there's not much more that I can say that others haven't already said. Great response, flexible appointment set up, pre-arrival call to confirm, straightforward repair work (ask for Sunny--he knows his stuff), automatic wearing of shoe booties to prevent tracking in rain/mud--I'll definitely call this team in again. “This company is fantastic. We have used them on 2 roseate occasions. The first time was to fix a leaking ice maker in our fridge. Today we used them to fix a leaking dishwasher. They have been nothing short of excellent. Fast communication, fixed the problems quickly and for a very reasonable fee. Do not hesitate to use them!”
