“I am extremely grateful for the wonderful job that Mike did on my washing machine. They came out to my house on emergency basis and were able to fix it for a fraction of what a new one would cost. I highly recommend them!”

“We contacted this company on a Friday and they were at our place by Monday, so one business day response time was great. The whole process was easy. Ben showed up early in the time window and it took him only 25 minutes to completely fix the problem. He explained why it happened so we could avoid it in the future (our washer can easily be clogged by overfilling it). Laid back and easy.”

“Fantastic service! So far, I used them for our dishwasher and our washing machine. The prices are reasonable and the service is top-notch. Ben is dependable, friendly and knowledgeable. And my little Yorkie loves him. That is very telling!”

“Submmitted an online request at 6pm. Alex called a few minutes later and Kyle came to the house at 8pm to service a dryer. Arrived on time and gave honest assessment. Very pleased and would recommend.”

“Prompt, courteous and professional!! What more can I say about this company? Sam was able to solve a problem that stumped both my handyman and my plumber!! And for a fraction of the price! I love them! My dishwasher is working perfectly now...A++++++”

“I called them and left a voicemail about my refrigerator not working. The owner called me back within 15 minutes. What a prompt response. He was able to stop by my condo and reapir it the same day! Great customer service! He also gave me advice on an issue I was having with my dishwasher. Would definitely use them again!! Thanks!!”

“Super happy with the customer service, reliability, timeliness, and honesty ofthis company. Peter is amazing diagnostician of the problem before he even arrives and then is able to repair quickly and accurately on the first try. He's honest and won't take you for a financial ride. “Kyle called my husband back on our request for service on a 10 year old dishwasher. After getting the model number and symptoms he diagnosed over the phone that the model was at its lifespan and it likely couldn't be repaired. Saved us a wait as well as a service call. I'll call him whenever I need service.”

“Sam has a one man operation but he was super responsive, professional, and quickly fixed a refrigerator leak that had been ongoing for years for a very fair price. He was also extremely honest when I first contacted him, saying that if my refrigerator was a model that he hadn't worked with that he would let me know, and not charge me for the visit. I HIGHLY recommend Sam!”

“ratings are well deserved. He does great work. Called me back same day. Quickly diagnosed the problems on the phone. Showed up on time with the right parts. Fixed it in less than an hour. Ordered something I was missing and dropped it off with me once it arrived. Great experience.”

“Excellent service! Called Sunday morning as my fridge was not cooling properly and Kyle came over within the hour. Diagnosed the issue within minutes and had the replacement part available and changed everything out. Very polite and professional. Good to go!”
