“Great job! We called them for the first time for a dryer problem. Alex had a good knowledge and fixed it quickly. He was nice and friendly in spite of his busy day. We will definitely call you again if there are something wrong with our equipments.”

“Called first thing on a Monday morning and within 30 minutes was Jason the technician at my house replacing a heating element on a Samsung dryer. An hour later the dryer was done Price charged for both the service call and part were very fair. WOW. Service done with pride. Thank you”

“Jason was awesome! He quickly responded to my initial phone call and was accommodating to my schedule. He was right on time for my scheduled appointment and quickly diagnosed (and fixed) the problem with my (very old) washing machine. He was also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.”

“Adam is the BEST. My wife and I have used him for fridge and oven repairs, he is quick to respond and can often do a same day repair! His prices are fair and he gets right to the job when he shows up. I would recommend him to anyone!”

“Adam the technician came over very promptly and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. All together he fixed three issues with my JennAir refrigerator - a leaking water line, freezer drain issue, and ice maker issue. He was friendly, very professional, had all the right tools, and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company!”

“After our refrigerator started gushing water everywhere, I shut the water off and called James. He was able to come two hours later and fixed everything thoroughly at a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.”

“James is a savior. It was Saturday night and our refrigerator suddenly stopped. He was here in 30 minutes and was all finished in another 30 minutes. The fridge is now humming along beautifully. Fast and efficient, what more do you want?”

“They did a good job getting the work complete. Fast and accurate. I am very happy with their work. The seal on my refrigerator broke, the first fix did not work so they came back to fix it. I think this second fix will be the final one. I thought that they were very professional.”

“Jason was exactly the repair man we needed. We messaged him with a broken ice maker and he quickly responded with an appointment time in the next few days as it wasn't urgent. He arrived promptly on time, diagnosed the issue, and even had replacement parts ready. We will definitely use him again when needed.”

“Top marks. They showed up in the arrival window they promised and the service guy called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. This was at the tail end of a bad snow storm. Service was great and my small problem was diagnosed quickly and the service guy put me at ease with his explanation. I could not be happier and I will call them again the next time I need a furnace service.”

“We have been renters for a few months after years of home ownership. Our property management company uses 24 Hours Appliance and we couldn't be happier. They are punctual, expert and polite. They explain what was wrong and how to avoid the problem in the future. Kevin was especially helpful with advice for our garbage disposal.”

“They've been great. Have hired them a handful of times over the years and always reliable and great to work with. Jason recently fixed our washer and was cheery despite our barking dog. Recommend them for your appliance repair.”
