In the website it said that the logo was reflective but it isn't, is that an error or the hoodie logo is not really reflective.

It has nearly been 1 month and my item hasn’t arrived. This is very disappointing ! I will eventually write a review once I receive the item, however, the cost of time spent waiting for it has rendered this purchase unexciting.

The jumpers to longer than the stated time so when paying for postage you do expect it in that time. One of the jumpers when arrived had a very strong smell to it, it’s taken 3 washes just to try and get the smell out. The quality are ok but borderline for £50

I’m happy with the product but turn around / delivery times are quite poor - last of THREE hoodies ordered was the wrong colour sent back about 2 weeks ago & still have no replacement. Mms

Item arrived quickly. Not amazing quality. Material thinner than expected and two seams on the front pocket came unstitched on the first day. Colour also ran, both onto other items and the tape detail on the arms and legs even though washed at 30 degrees. On a positive note, hoodie and joggers were a good fit. Won't be rushing to repurchase though.

Ordered 2 pairs of bottoms and 2 sports bras. Black set was perfect,fitted nice the other set , the bra was tiny and joggers had a ladder in the knee. I emailed shortly after the delivery and haven’t heard back. I’m unable to return due to being at home sheilding.

Took ages to come, found it really difficult to get hold of someone to ask where my order was. Clothes were faulty, one of the tops came with orange Highlighter on the front and back, the stitching on the crop top was awful!! Jogging bottoms exactly the same size and style just different colour were completely different in size. I ordered Xs in pinky/nude colour and charcoal grey. Nude one’s were massive round the waist and really long, in the grey smaller waist and way too short. I returned the item to the address it tells you on the invoice, didn’t hear anything so I contacted customer service over email who told me that’s the wrong address to return to so it’d take longer for me to get my money back. Overall really disappointed and have no intentions of ordering from you again.

Unfortunately I wasn’t very pleased, the jumper took nearly 3 weeks to come and I didn’t get any sort of compensation or money back. However I do like my jumper

Whilst I accept that the clothing is cheap in the sale I did not expect that the quality would be as well. The 304 logo was off centre and the elastic in the joggers was not stitched properly. I know that after the TV article they must have been busy but not at the expense of the quality.
