The website is amazing and the products are perfect but, I am experiencing so many problems with the delivery, I have tried to buy sonething 3 times in the last 2 months and there is always a problem, I guess that this is not your fault but you should take care of that, I just want to spend my money on your site and get some clothes but for one reason or another the delivery never arrive. I have like 10 items of your site dont get me wrong 3 months ago it would be 5 stars, but now everytime that I try to but something I am afraid because I dont know if it will arrive or not.

Mystery bundle was a mystery to what half the stuff was. Not a single t-shirt or jumper in sight. All boob tubes and maxi skirts. No one wears these

Sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the items in your Mystery Box. We would have liked to have thought you had a true understanding of the brand and our product offering before purchasing the Mystery Box. We sell a lot of boob tunes and maxi skirts, especially in the Summer season.

Hoodie arrived missing one of the metal tips for the lace that goes round the hood. Material come out in balls after one wear

Brought a mystery box and the tracksuit bottoms that came with it were ripped, also order four t-shirts that all came in the wrong size, will be sending back.

The panels on the side of the bottoms are fraying after 2 wears. They have bagged by the knees and I am not thrilled with the quality unfortunately.

Clothing doesn’t look or fit like it looks like it does in the pictures. Delivery took 2 days when I payed next day delivery.

Ordered four different items and tried to follow size guide and my normal sizes for other brands. Unfortunately everything was too small and black jeans were rather baggy. Oversized t shirt was muscle fit on me

I ordered a size XS in the grey ‘Women’s Panel Jersey Legging’ and I was so disappointed. I’m a size 6-8 and these leggings were too big. I gave them to my friend who’s a size 10 and they were too big for her too. They were also too long and didn’t feel like legging material, more like jogger material as they were quite heavy. I checked the size guide before buying to make sure they would fit, but clearly the size guide isn’t accurate enough. So disappointed and will not be ordering leggings from this site again.

Jeans were baggy on legs and not a true 30 waist.. massive! Think they were a 32 labelled as 30.

I made an order on the 18th December (Order #20737) for a Christmas present, as your delivery stated that it would come in time for Christmas. This was not the case, and I did not receive the order until 9th January, after emailing and facebook messaging yourselves to find out where it was and if I would receive it, to which I had no response to. I am very disappointed with your service and how late I received my order. My boyfriend is a loyal customer of yours (he encouraged me to order off you), however; after this experience, I doubt that him or I will give you custom again.
