“Paid for 48 hour delivery and I still haven't received the item nearly a week later, tried contacting them via the website messaging and Facebook with no reply a s when I eventually got an email back I was told it was sent the same day I bought it. Yet royal mail website didn't receive it till 3 days later.”

“My boyfriend have bought clothes from here and they're absolutely lovely quality so I thought I'd treat myself to a pair of leggings little did I know that you could not wear a black thong with these leggings because they seem such good quality and for paying the price I paid I should be able to wear any colour underwear with these, so off I go out for my day for people to literally stare at my ass crack I thought maybe my bum looks really nice in these leggings to be told you can literally see the crack through the leggings!!!!! Died of embarrassment!!!!! I would post a picture but I probably would get done for nudity!”

We have a fully detailed size guide on our website that gives our customers a good idea of the measurements and we feel our descriptions give the customer a feel for how they would fit also. Sorry to hear they weren't to your taste, and hopefully you will come and try 304 again in the future. 304

“Orderd a mystery box, recieved a tracksuit i already had. Was told i could could exchange it for a different colour. Pre-paid label never turnt up so paid to send my items back. New tracksuit turnt up in a different colour but a different size when i didnt even ask for a different size. Was told i could send it back and they'd try their best to get me the correct size depending on stock levels. But 1 week later i STILLL havnt recieved the pre-paid label lol Absolute joke,”
