“Sizes are very very small. I ordered a M which is my partners normal size, and this fitted me better (women size 6). Then ordered a L which again was far to small.”

“Bought a mystery box and it was meant to be next day delivery and it was two days and it shows that it comes in a box and it didn’t”

“we bought the men mystery box (£25) and I'm aware that the point of these boxes is that you don't know what you're getting. but the total our box came to £18, so that is £7 less what i originally paid excluding postage. so if you're thinking of getting the mystery boxes i wouldn't recommend. its also non refundable as they know they're over charging.”

Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the selections you got! The Mystery Boxes are automatically selected & the value is 'up to' that value not guaranteed to be at that value all the time. We try our hardest to ensure we hit that value but sometimes stock that is on a lower sale has to be used. Hope this explains the process a little bit & we hope you are happy with the quality of the clothing you have in your £25 box.

“Recently ordered a pair of ‘black’ ripped and repaired jeans. They look like great quality in the picture. However on arrival the bottom of the jeans weren’t tight to the ankle and looked like they had been cut off with a chain saw. The metal button felt cheap (as did the denim) and I could easily bite the malleable tin in half with my teeth with no struggle at all. Sorely dissatisfied with these jeans and would have been absolutely fuming had I paid £45 for them! Luckily I got that for half price but I’m ambarrased to wear them. It’s a great shame because all other 304 products have been decent and I do generally like the clothing!”

“Received my package today. Bought a trucker cap for myself and a pair of leggings for gf. When i received the free gift as part of a promotion I received a large dress as it asked me for a size but did not ask gender.”
