Ordered an item and wrong size arrived. Paid to return it and it cost 11 euro and I only got refunded 6 euro

Still waiting for my second order since the first one all items were damaged hope on the order that arrives everything is ok even the new sizes I asked for because I would be really unhappy

I bought the birthday box, but all the products are from the old colletion. In my opinion, It's not a great promotion. The quality of the clothes is great.

The size (small) is bigger than usual. The quality is very ordinary. I like the style but I hope quality of the clothes will be more good than it is.

The clothes were nice, but on the hero shirt (black with blue 304) it's started peeling. And the colour plum looks really girlish on a guy.

I would like a lot to give you 5 🌟. I love your products, but if the carrier does not meet the deadlines, then the evaluation can't be better. I have shopped in UK several times and with other carriers and they never failed me, but Trak Park is so bad. So sorry!

Was slightly put off by there being no option for free delivery. Then delivery didn’t arrive but the help I got when I reported the issue was quick and easy. I got a refund now just hope the product is what I wanted

The website is good, although is not entirely mobile friendly - where I do most of my shopping. The Tees that I ordered also ripped around the collar the first time I tried them on, which I'm gutted about. The stitching seems very weak. I've got a really busy few weeks so will now just use these as gym tees.

Really happy with the fit of my large tracksuit hoody. The large bottoms are really really tight. When we’re talking about generic clothing there’s no way these are a large. Never the less I like the clothing, I would have sent jogger bottoms back but simply don’t have enough time!

Got creme bottoms as part of tracksuit, stitching on the seem/hem down the front of each leg is different. Error with machine possibly!? Cannot wear it as a tracksuit but the other clothes are perfect

Everything is usually perfect but for some reason this time nothing seemed to fit. Literally I have the skinniest legs going and I couldn’t even get them on.

i saw this short in a photo at the instagram stories from a model which had a different color, maybe little bit brighter. It was directly the same clothing because there was a link to follow that get you into that short. Only have that complaining, the color wasn't what i expected at all because of a fake merchandaising in your instagram account. For the rest, got no complain. Thank you.
