“Ordered two jumpers. Both different material, one cheap and thin and one decent one came, also both designs were different. I ordered them in white and they have both came in grey.”

“Colour and design was nice, although stitching was not very good quality neither was the material and I ordered small mans which was very small as I wanted oversized I’m Only a size 8 in women’s”

“I have to return joggers and a lounge bra. So I, filled in a return form asking to change the sizes, also sent an email with a screenshot of the form to confirm that I need different sizes. Paid for postage, and after a while received the order, was so happy until I opened it and saw that I got the same sizes again ha.”

“I mainly bought the hoodie because it was a charity version for the NHS during the COVID 19 outbreak. The material was nice and I liked the length however the elasticed bottom was a bit narrow and my hips aren't that wide The price was quite high at £39.99 too”

“I had contact with Molly from CS because I ordered the wrong sizes. She contacted the DC and ensured me that they would change the sizes and send them to me. Unfortunately when the package arrived I received the originally ordered sizes.”

“I had previously said this a scam. I would like to change this. My order for my wife finally turned up after 3 weeks. Got to say my wife loves her hoddie quality very good etc. Just need to keep customers updated on there orders. Especially in these times and deliveries my take longer than normally expected. Would recommend now.”

“The grey shorts seems like a cheap quality material. If they were in a shop I'd avoid them as they felt like something you'd find at a market. Also the sizing were massive.”

“Tracksuit bottoms were clearly a return as in between the legs were worn and bobbly. Also an odd fit, pockets stick out and make your hips look really wide.”

“Hi, as a loyal customer I was a little disappointed as I really do like your products but I payed for next day delivery for it to come two weeks later, and also to find that I got the incorrect hoodie, I ordered the new core dusty blue hoodie and received a different blue design, how do I exchange and return? “Although I am proud to wear the hoodie and absolutely love it and what it stands for, I am so disappointed that on the 3rd time of wearing it within 2 weeks of receiving it the stitching has pull and is becoming undone on the sleeve. Such a shame”

“I appreciate there is a contribution to NHS charity, however £39.99 for a cheap material and print. £3.98 postage that was more like 2 weeks than 2-3 days as stated . Just acceptable would be a more honest appraisal.”

“Understandably the delivery took some time however the communication was very poor. I believe my order wasn't actually sent when they said as part of it was refunded over a week later for no longer being in stock- it was also sent by Royal Mail 48hrs two weeks after I'd ordered. The clothes themselves are overall okay quality however the sports bra had a tear in the seam and the teal joggers were a poor cut (baggy crotch) and very different colour to the website.”

“I Love 304 Clothing. All Their Clothes Are Made To Top Quality And Are Comfy To Wear. Only Problem Is I Paid More For Next Day Delivery And It Took 4 Days From When I Ordered To Arrive. So The Extra Money Paid For Delivery Went To Waste...”
