“I encountered a problem for the ticket for Madame Tussauds, for which the extra "Star Wars" was supposed to be included, but when arriving at Madame Tussauds, I was told it was not the case, I had to pay an extra ticket, which is a bad experience. I had to place a claim when back home, which also is a bad experience due to time spent on this. 365Tickets did reimburse me, which is the good thing. Net net, 365Tickets is acceptable.”

En revanche, comme je l'avais craint et j'avais d'ailleurs contacté 365 tickets par chat à ce sujet, l'entrée Star Wars au musée de Madame Tussaud a été facturée en plus, bien qu'on m'ait assurée au cours du chat, que cela faisait désormais partie du billet depuis cette année... Un peu verte!!! Mais pas le choix, de toutes façons, 'était à prendre ou à laisser, une fois sur place.”
