“I helped my 10 year old customize a glove. Later, he accidently changed the size from a 10.75 to 10.25. with such a minor change, I did not recognize that it was changed until after the order was submitted. I reached out early the next morning, which was a saturday and was about 6 hours after the order was submitted to correct the error. There is no live person to speak to. I never was able to speak to an actual person. Through chat and email, I recevied no helpful response other than to say all orders are final immediately after being placed. So, my son, who was extremely excited to receive his customized glove is now very sad.
This should have been handled differently. I understand if it was multiple days later and the glove was already being made, but im certain the glove was not in production 6 hours after it was ordered. I wont order from this company again.”
“I was quite annoyed that I couldn’t change the size of my glove less than 10 hours after placing my order. 100% they did not cut the leather prior to my request. I understand how tedious it must be to accommodate every request but mine was not reviewed, I believe. You didn’t want the hassle, I get it. Hopefully the glove works out. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Other manufactures sell customized gloves. 44 ranks below them, win my opinion and experiences.”

“We bought a 44 Pro glove for my 8yo son, and he loves it! We were very impressed with the quality. For some reason, one can purchase a high-quality bat costing $300-$500 for a youth baseball player, but most glove companies do not make a comparable glove for youth players. The 44 Pro youth model fits him perfectly and is a great step up from the glove he was using. Our glove was bought during a sale period, but it was still shipped out in less time than we were quoted. We would buy again.”
