“The buying process was simple and easy. The glove came on time and exactly as ordered. It was presented nicely in a personalized "44" carrying bag.
Quality seem good. Two things though that we noticed:
1) the glove is incredibly stiff, even after trying to break it in for almost a month. Going to take a while longer and will look at other options or ways to get it to feel right
2) the fit is "smaller" than prior glove, especially around the bottom of the heel and the tip of the fingers”

“Your company provides excellent gloves and my daguhters love the fact they can customize their equipment, but your customer service is the absolute worst I have ever seen. There is no number to call and talk to someone, the chat feature is never attended to even during the hours it says its active, and emails take days for a response. To be hoenst, by the time we got the gloves I had such a bad taste in my mouth from your company that I considered getting my girls different gloves. Great product, terrible service.”
“I recently purchased a pro 44 baseball glove and I am very very impressed by the short make time and the quality of the glove. This is by far the best quality and effective glove I’ve had. The best way to break your baseball glove in is not by using a bunch of oil and glove treater and other stuff. The best way to break it in is simply by just playing catch, it’s that easy.”
“Overall the glove is great. Materials and craftsmanship are on point.
My only issue is time to create. It's frustrating to see each stage of production right at a week. You can't tell me that quality control can't occur simultaneously as it's being crafted. Why is there one week for quality control and also one week for preparation to ship? 44 needs to improve this.
Another frustration was a couple of days after order was placed, I get an email for a discount for St. Patrick's day. So don't order until a promo is in place because there had been one close to every other week since we bought.”
“The glove looks great and kept me informed the whole process till the end, then there was a snag. After I made the corrections needed, they never informed me with a shipping number and although my neighbors are great it was delievered and we had no clue. That means that the glove was on my porch all day without my knowledge. If I could change anything it would be that, make sure with this product that you send your customers a shipping number so they can track it, porch pirates are all around these days.”
“Hello, this would be my 4th 44 that I've ordered. Great quality, love the customization, and your turn around time is great. I keep getting 44s because of the special instructions and extra details you guys put into my gloves. Example...I get my pinky and thumb stiff, which in the past you've put a plastic insert in both fingers. Which is absolutely perfect and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Playing middle infield I flare out my pinky and thumb to create a funnel. This time tho my pinky was left stock even tho it was in the special instructions. So I have a brand new glove that I'm not going to use because my pinky is to flimsy. I'm pretty disappointed because my gammer is in it's last legs and I was hoping to have this glove ready to take over as my gamer but now I'm stuck. I do t want to pay for and order another one but I know I'm not going to use this one because of how flimsy the pinky is. The pro thumb feels amazing, just like my older pro preferreds did. Great add to the builder.
But I have a brand new glove I'm not going to use because the pinky finger wasn't stiffened like I always asked for in special instructions. It's the only glove I've got that wasn't done. So all in all, I might switch back to Rawlings and have them stiffen my finger on a pro preferred. Unless someone can come up with a solution to my problem. Thank you.”

I would recommned improved transpenacy prior to the purchaase with regard to how long it will take to get the glove after ordering. I was suprised at the time it took.”
“Even though the quality of the glove is OK, I would not use 44 pro again due to poor customer service. I took 8 weeks to complete the order. Even though this is longer than the typical standarized time talbe, it would have been OK if the system would have updated us correctly. Our glove seemed to be on track, but then got stuck in shipping for 3 weeks. About half way through this time, we got an e-mail asking what colors to change our stictching to, since their website had an error. I responded with a new color, and asked how it passed QC and went to shipping if the glove has not been completed. I did not receive a response, then put in a inquiry with customer serivce, and never received a response. It seems as though it was falsly being pushed through the system. I could not find a phone number to contact anyone during this process. I would not use 44 again due to the customer service alone.”
