The fact that I am getting a survey to review my order that I still haven’t even gotten a tracking number for after 2 months is both hilarious and embarrassing on the company’s end. I have sent numerous emails and keep being told that it’s being delayed but if that was truly the case why would I be getting an email to review the product?

My order was not shipped in full and customer service emailed me one time when I reached out stating they don’t see my order. Which was correct, and no response to that. Horrible customer service, especially when I have have 5 gloves and a bat to date. I am still waiting for someone to reach out and fix this. I will not correct this rating until someone reaches to fix this.

We still haven’t received our glove! It has been way over the time that the glove was promised to be sent. Please contact me asap to hopefully make this situation better and keep me from having to post other negative reviews. I hope I can change this into a positive customer service review.

I am very disappointed with the service and willingness to help of the company. I still have not received my purchase and even though. I have reached out numerous times it seems that nothing is being done. This company is very unprofessional and I will not be recommending you to any of my teammates. It is truly sad how unwilling this company is to help.

We were getting updates every week and everything was going great. The week we were supposed to receive the glove the updates stopped and we did not receive the glove. That was the seventh week from the original order date and we had already paid. I emailed the company and the response said it would be one more week. This is the ninth week and still no glove. I emailed on the 25th and still no response. My son’s season will be over next week and he is a Junior in high school. It is very frustrating and sad.

TILL THIS DAY WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR ORDER. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. MY GRANDSON IS ON TRAVELING BASEBALL TEAM AND HAS BEEN NEEDING THIS GLOVE FOR PRACTICE. I PLACED THE OTHER MARCH 3rd. I HAVE SENT YOU EMAILS TO YOUR WEBSITE TO REQUEST THE STATUS OF THE ORDER AND I GOT NO RESPONSE. ALL I EVER GOT WAS STAGES OF THE ORDER. LAST STAGE WAS STAGE 6 AND STILL NO PACKAGE. I WOULD APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE COULD EMAIL ME A PHONE NUMBER SO I CAN TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THIS ORDER I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT RITA BYROM

We were supposed to have our glove three weeks ago and yet it still says preparing for shipment . I’ve emailed multiple times and no response and the one I did get they said it was supposed to be shipped two Fridays ago. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Can’t really review the product as I have yet to receive it and I ordered it at the end of February and it’s April 23rd. No help other than empty promises and then no response to emails.

I have not even received my merchandise yet and I can not get ANYONE to reach out to me and they don’t even have a customer service phone number after I spent almost $300 on a glove the man said it will be here within a week it’s been an additional 5 days no response

How do you write a review when you still haven’t received your order? Then top it off you can’t get anyone to answer you in where your order is at. Super bummed about the hole deal.

I purchased a glove in early October 23' and was promised a glove in 5 to 6 weeks. Mid January 24' and still no glove and cannot get anyone on the phone. Just recordings and told to go to the chat feature which is useless. Don't pay them until you receive the glove.
