Very stiff and impossible to break in. Sent an email with issues about the glove and was told nothing could be done because it was a custom glove. Part of the inside of the glove hurt my sons hand. Nobody seemed to care about that either

Horrible. My item got lost in transit and I waited over 10 weeks for them to just cancel. I needed this glove for tryouts for my baseball . Didn’t make the team bc I didn’t have a good glove. Not worth the risk.

My glove never arrive someone stolen and I never get my glove a lost my money and the 44 did nothing

I normally don’t write reviews, but I think there are things that need to be said. The glove we ordered (and returned) was supposed to be a youth. When it finally arrived, it was HUGE! It fit my husband’s hand. So sizing was def off. All of the strings where so lose, even when tightened, the mitt was still so far apart. I would say customer service was terrible, but there is no customer service. When you spend as much money as these gloves are, you should be able to pick up the phone and talk to someone. Emailing (only option) customer service is a terrible way to try and communicate with a company. We are glad they ended up refunding us, so after SEVERAL emails, we did get the end result we wanted. I would not recommend this company to anyway.

Easlily the worst catchers mitt I’ve ever seen. Design is terrible, pockets allows ball to pop out easy. Leather is good quality however too stiff so break in takes 9 months. Would highly discourage people from purchasing the catchers mitt.

Glove we bought didn't fit my son, and 44 Pro wouldn't pay return shipping. So we essentially ended up paying $15 just to try on a glove. Pretty disappointing.

We customized a glove for my son for Christmas. We broke the glove in according to recommendations with purchased products from their website. When my son was at practice for Middle School the lacing in the webbing busted during the first throw down from his catcher. 44 Pro would not replacement or refund the mitt due to it being only the laces that ripped through so we sent it back and they re-laced it. I never trusted the mitt fully but my son wanted to use it again. Then the leather ripped in webbing during a routine play at first base. My son was incredibly disappointed and I feel like we wasted good money. I will never buy from 44 Pro again!

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO HUMAN INTERACTION IS POSSIBLE. DELAYED RESPONSES VIA EMAIL WITH NO POSSIBILITY TO REPSOND. 2-3 DAY RESPONSES FOR URGENT MATTERS!! UNVELIEVABLE!

In April I ordered custom batting gloves. I have still not received them and it’s end of June 44 has been less then helpful in trying to locate such gloves and this has been a very frustrating experience . My son was really looking forward to his custom gloves . What a disappointment !

Customer service was terrible, seconds aafter order was placed a mistake was noted on and after reaching out nothing was done to help to help and the product is useless

As of now my daughter has had hers for almost 2 months and she has not even been able to use it. Its an adult glove ...she's almost 11 but there is no room for her thumb. We have even had several of the 9 year Olds on her team try it and everyone complains. For money spent and the time we waited for it I have to say I extremely disappointed.

I have used 44 gloves for the past 5 years and have always been pleased with the quickness and quality of the product. UNTIL NOW, my glove has taken way too long. My glove had been in the processing stage for over a month now. I have not been able to use for the start of my season my season and that has been frustrating. So I’d love to write a positive review but I would need my actual glove first. If I could get some kind of information when my glove has been processed enough to be finally sent to me that would be lovely. Thank you, Manny

Never received the glove. I recevied an email stating production of my glove was "on hold" after already waiting several weeks. The email added that a team member would contact me within 1-3 days to discuss my order. I never reveived a phone call or email from any team member. I attempted to contact 44 Pro to no avail. Emails went unaswered and there is no phone number to call. I haven't recevied any further communication from 44 Pro until today when I recevied an email to leave a review of my new 44 Pro product with the hopes that I'm "enjoying" it. How sweet. This was the second purchase I've placed with 44 Pro and it will be the last. I would not recommend 44 Pro to others based on my recent experience.

We purchased some batting gloves for my son. The colors, after wearing twice, are bleeding together, and staining his hands and bat. 44 pro customer service has been almost non existent. Can't imagine buying again. This review is for the batting gloves. The custom glove seems fine so far.

The batting gloves my son ordered were the most disappointing item we have ordered from 44. He loves his catchers glove and first base glove so we expected the same quality for the batting gloves. Unfortunately they are low quality, the finger slots are not straight, and they rubbed a blister on his thumb the first time he wore them. Do not waste your money on the batting gloves. Definitely not the quality we expected from 44.

Thought the glove would be broke in, we are having a very hard time forming it. Won't purchase a glove there anymore.
