“The fact that I am getting a survey to review my order that I still haven’t even gotten a tracking number for after 2 months is both hilarious and embarrassing on the company’s end. I have sent numerous emails and keep being told that it’s being delayed but if that was truly the case why would I be getting an email to review the product?”

“It’s been over eight weeks since I paid for my glove and it still hasn’t been finished. The communication has been lacklustre to say the least. It took over a week for the design team to understand my custom logo that I had provided in multiple formats, which should have been easy as I am a graphic designer.
My last update is telling me that it might still take another week plus then having to wait for it to ship to me and then break it in. My season starts tomorrow so it will be at least another month before I can use this glove. Really disappointed as this was my second custom 44 after loving, my first one which took almost half the time.”
“My grandson loves his coustom made catchers mitt but he was pretty disappointed when the velcro wrist strap failed. The fuzzy side is almost like it is worn out and it will not stick , rendering the mitt unsable till I can have the situation remedyed permanantly. He was disappointed because he hasn't even been able to catch a game with the mitt because it's not completely broken in. Yep that's right the velcro failed before the mitt was even broken in. I will rate this acceptable because it's velcro and I should have known better. I really struggled not to rate it a 2. Iwould not recomend this mitt to anyone with the velcro. Get a regular wrist strap and you won't be stuck like I am.”
“My son loves his bat and loved being able to customize the colors and grip. I'm not sure why there couldn't be bats already made and painted in each size and base color so it wouldn't take as long to ship. That is more of a suggestion than a complaint. My complaint is that I had an offer for a discount and when I clicked on the link for my son to customize his bat, I assumed it would work like other sites for other products and the discount would be applied at checkout. Evidently a person has to manually put in a discount code but my son and I paid full price with no sympathy from customer service. Then, shortly after that, a really good discount was offered, rubbing salt in the wound. I understand it was a busy time but I doubt if anyone will contact me to try to make things right.”
“Ordered a catchers glove for my son. Was a wonderful work of art. Took some breaking in but noticed a huge difference in ability to perform at the the plate. Thank you! Glove was well made and looks great.”
“Glove came through quickly. Broke in exactly as I had hoped. My daughter really likes the glove, she says the hand stall isn’t as nice as her Rawlings HoH, but catching the ball feels way better with the 44Pro. Just a better feel for the ball, she says. Lastly, the leather dye doesn’t hold up as well as other brands, but for half the cost who cares. It looks like Old Reliable pretty quick.”
“My daughter loves her knew glove. Took some time to break it in but well worth it. Used a glove rub, mallet and shaping it each day for about 10days. Our sons gloveis coming soon. Best price out there on a custom glove.”
“My order was not shipped in full and customer service emailed me one time when I reached out stating they don’t see my order. Which was correct, and no response to that. Horrible customer service, especially when I have have 5 gloves and a bat to date. I am still waiting for someone to reach out and fix this. I will not correct this rating until someone reaches to fix this.”
