“Took 8 weeks for them to finally give me an update on my order, just to tell me that the color i wanted isn’t able to be used and was a website error. I hope my glove isn’t ruined or doesn’t look the way that i wanted it to.”
“From the time we placed the order until we received the glove was the best service we have ever received. The almost weekly updates were great as we knew exactly where the glove was in the process from leather being cut all the way up to delivery. The glove is GREAT quality and he almost has it broken in after a few weeks! 10/10 would recommend!”

“Gave me a shipping label a week before they even left the fedex facility. That being said the thing said they would be here 5-6 weeks both my first base mitt and my pitching/3rdbase glove got here in between 3-4 weeks very fast for a full custom glove. Also very high quality feel. 👍”
“I bought a custom glove for my son and it was fantastic. From order to delivery it was only 3-4 weeks. When the glove arrived I was surprised at how soft the leather was compared to other custom gloves I've purchased from other companies. The break in was very quick and my son was able to use his new glove in games almost immediately!”

“On 02 March 2024, my VERY excited 14 year old, ordered his very first custom glove. We have seen other 44 Pro, and were very excited. We did receive our prompt emails every 7 days, making us aware of the stage that the glove was at in production. 05 April 2024, we get the "ready for shippment" email. our glove is ready, we are excited. It was not until 14 days later, that I wrote an email asking where was the glove. The response for the delay, was "supply chain issues". As I had received the "ready to be shipped" email, which comes after the "quality check" email...you have to understand, we were confused. To add to this annoyance, as I live in Canada, I was charged an additional 45$ in duty. The glove is set to arrive today, and my kiddo is beyond excited, and I am exctied for him. we will proudly show off the new custom 44 Pro, but I can say, that the experience was not ideal.”
