“To be honest, I am a bit frustrated by 44. I have been recommending them for years to friends and baseball families. The gloves themselves are beautiful. The technology to make custom gloves is amazing. The leather is high quality and beautiful. I have just been very frustrated by how long it takes to receive the glove.
They are very transparent about the number of weeks it takes and the stages, which is cool. But I am now on week 12, when the glove was supposed to take 8. We basically missed the entire Spring Season for my son with the glove. The same thing happened with his custom batting gloves and the glove I made for myself.
I was a 44 guy…but I will likely be moving on with our next gloves…. I’m bummed about it.”

I received someone else’s order and not mine.
I had a difficult time figuring out how to contact 44 Pro to report this. A 1-800 # would be great.
I was able to email the general inquiry and received a quick response to acknowledge my situation but then no follow up. I reached out again a week later and received notice that they are rushing to make me a new set of gloves. Thank you. I shouldn’t have had to ask.
We love the products. Would like to be able to speak to someone when things aren’t going well.

“We ordered a custom glove at the end of February and two months later our glove has still not shipped. We have had to reach out to ask for status updates since it has been waiting to ship for almost three weeks. We are so disappointed with such delays.”

The communication during the build process was very detailed with the timeline of each step clearly outlined. My custom glove was delivered almost 2 weeks earlier than the estimated completion date. The glove itself was exactly what we ordered and the quality of the product was a much better value than any of the gloves other larger retail stores. “Love the gloves typically. This is our 3rd new glove. My son’s new 1B glove came with a weird shape and it’s breaking in with a strange close. My son also doesn’t love the pinky finger placement in this glove. Love the color and contrast.”
