“I was very happy with the service which was excellent and the staff were efficient in checking the documents and submitting for our visa to China. We had applied for a single entry but they obtained multiple entry for two years which we were extreamly happy with. They obtained the visa on time as they had stated on there website. I would highly recommend them to all our friends. Walter Rathod North London”

“Initially applied for a group visa as part of a school group but wasn't able to be part of it for some reason. Had to apply for a individual visa separately. Five Star sent lots of emails with information and Jenny helped a lot with explaining what was needing to be done. Received the visa a week before we left so a bit of stress but glad to have had it back. Also received a two year visa rather than a one year which was a bonus.”

“The agent who served us responded quickly when we let her know that my husband needed his visa more urgently than mine and made sure she delayed her colleague so that his passport would get sent off the same day. My passport was posted to me in the time promised.”
