“Poor communication, slow response time. Some employees a bit clueless and not particularly friendly. Was left worrying if we would actually receive our visa's on time or at all.”

“The only disappointed thing that I can say was that I had to go all the way to London to do my finger prints. 8 hours of travelling and £85 expenses for just 5 minutes in the Chinese embassy.”

Apologise for delay. We did legalisation on time and took one day longer then usual schedule to arrange UPS to send document back to abroad. This is caused by the query to UPS on courier fee amount they charging; We will try to improve on this in the future.

“I found the whole process was stress free. The visa application was daunting but a quick phone call addressed questions of which I was unsure. Staff were helpful and email communication was good. The turn around, from door to door, was exactly 7 days. Posting the passport was safe via the Post Office and I was able to track the package, both ways, on line. Excellent service. Would definitely use 5 Star again.”
