“Love what you're trying to achieve and you seem to take on board constructive criticism as I can see the changes made after my last feedback but I still feel that company has scope for improvement in relation to the loyalty program and use of discount codes (which don't always work for me).”

“I love knowing everything at Flora and Fauna is vegan and not tested on animals. At more mainstream stores, this can be trickier. I also like that the rewards program provides discounts rather than free products you might not want or use, which leads to waste. The only downside is that being a smaller business than the shopping centre franchises, products go out of stock more readily. But ultimately I don’t mind this - we live in an instant gratification world, but does really apply to lipstick? I’d also like the “filter” function and/or menu to include an option for no plastic/low plastic. Overall, F&F is my preferred store for skincare and beauty. My favourite brand at the store is Ere Perez (check out their 100% plastic-free Coco lip crayons, which can be used on lips, cheeks and eyes).”
