“Unique coffee gadget! The 9Barista is a very special coffee making instrument. Sure the major coffee reviewers rightly say that its drawback is the fixed parameters regarding pressure and temperature, but all things the same i enjoy a cup from the 9Barista more than from my Breville. This is something that i did not expect when purchasing the 9Barista - that i would be able to taste the difference so distinctly. So perhaps the difference in taste may not be as big when you make coffee on a La Marzocco...which steers me toward the next gadget/machine :) (this theory should perhaps first be tested) I am very pleased with the build quality - it is a job well done. One accessory that may be popular is an acrylic stand offering an "exploded view" of the machine in its storage position. One alternative to the design may be to produce a metal chimney?”
“A very robust and unique product! True espresso on one’s stove top with no electronics. It does take practice with dose and grind to get the extraction correct so be patient. The unit is built like a tank and will last years, so, it is an investment.”
