The Basket Cap Pro and IMS precision basket are both already included with the MK2 Pro, yet they still appear as optional extras in the configurator. If I tick Basket Cap Pro, checkout prevents completion because the item is “already included.” Conversely, if I choose the Standard model and try to add the Basket Cap Pro, the site accepts the selection but fails to display a price.
[Spare‑parts clarity]
The current parts list offers no quick way to see which component fits where. A simple visual key—such as numbered call‑outs on an exploded diagram, matched to the same numbers in the parts table, or a consistent colour‑coding scheme—would make it far easier to identify the correct O‑rings and other consumables.
Implementing these two small UX fixes would streamline purchasing, cut support requests, and give new owners a smoother start with their 9Barista.”
“Postage for 4 o rings was nearly £5 which I would have expected to be 1st Class - the package was posted on 17th November and arrived on 21st November. Not impressed!”
“Did not manage to find the proper mix of milling and quantity to make a proper espresso, having done this often for espresso machines. The necessary, very cumbersome, cleaning of the machine after each test made testing a difficult and slow process. I gave up und the 9Barista machine is in storage.”
