“Slow service. No phone, just email. De-humanises the process and slows everything down. It feels like the processes they have set up are for the benefit of the company not the customer. Frustrating to deal with, like dealing with Virgin Media or a Train Company rather than a start up.”
“Sub standard in every way. The nickel plating is very thin with brass showing through. The o rings immediately jellied after 6 minutes of use. The burner plates arrived scratched. When asking for a return based on the 30 day warranty, I was ghosted. An interesting idea with really poor execution and service. Not worth the money.”
