“Received updates on progress of order. And received a courtesy call to confirm if my order had been received. In this fast paced world with very human interaction when ordering online, it is rather pleasant to receive such calls. As a customer you would like to feel valued and they have done just that. Thanks for taking your time in checking up on our order.”

“Product is very good, exactly as expected.I was very pleased with the timely delivery. The tv unit was straight forward to assemble although two pairs of hands were necessary at times because of the weight. Very pleased with the service from this company and the 5 guarantee. Will definitely use again.”
