“My boots have arrived today - I ordered them on Sunday!! Quality designer bargains with super fast delivery - what more could I ask for!! I'm heading over to the site for another pair now before they get snapped up!!”

“I had ordered a pair of shoes for my mom on there. I should have looked elsewhere but she really liked them. I put in my order on 3/3/2021. A few day ago literally. On the site it says orders dispatch within 3 to 4 days. I went to check the status last night and it showed they are not being dispatched til 5/3/2021! I immediately tried to cancel since it had only been a day and half and their policy stated you have 14days to cancel. It wouldn’t let me. I emailed them and instant chatted them who said they couldn’t cancel because it’s in the processing stage and it’s not going to dispatch in may. I received an email after the chat that says it’s going to be delayed and they don’t have a dispatch date. So which is it? I haven’t even gotten the order yet and the experience has been dreadful! I went to another site and found the identical shoes for 45 dollars cheaper! This company is horrible! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM....BEWARE!”

“I ordered late November and I'm still to get the shoes I ordered. The last email l got was 20days ago informing they are busy due to covid but seriously! I don't have a tracking number. Looks like no shoes for xmas. Will be requesting a refund (if I get any response from them)”

“Customer service is a disgrace. You cannot organise a return when they send you the wrong size and they insist you take photos even though it is their mistake. The trainers were expensive and were if no use because they were the wrong size. They are a disgrace & will never use again.”

“I bought a pair of shoes, which has never arrived. Firstly, I haven’t received a tracking number for the delivery; secondly, I had to go through a lot of paperwork in order to get my refund (which I still haven’t received!). It was my first and last experience with Allsole. I hope you will see my feedback before you order from Allsole and save yourself a lot of time!”
