“Service, price and delivery ok. But the three black eyed Susan plants were frail , very dry and a lot of soil had fallen from them! I watered them and put the in my greenhouse hoping that they would revive, but sadly not really. Most disappointed and hoping to get replacements!! Mary, North Wales”
“House plants would have been fine if they hadn’t arrived upside down and covered in compost. So bad I had to hose down the large calathea and remove quite a few bent leaves.
The Begonias were a sorry sight, one has survived after removal of squashed leaves the other had to be cut right back, hopefully it may regrow from the crowns.
You need a word with the carrier’s you use for plant delivery.

“Gave false information re prizes etc often plants died even when set correctly They are misleading customers trading standards should deal with this. Customers should get compensation for being told false information”
“I am writing to let people know you don't get what you order I orderd 3 white standard rose tree's and got yellow and pink. Come on Baker do your job right not happy at all as I have a white garden I cant keep them they will have to come out”
“Used them twice, first time plant turned up damaged, recent one I purchased a climbing rose paid for it waited over a week then received a email saying they have cancelled my order! I had to email back and forth to get an explanation that was there system can’t keep up and said the item was in stock when it wasn’t! but it took over a week for them to realise that?! Would not recommend and wouldn’t use them again”
“i ordered 200 tulip bulbs it was delivered they are not labelled at all.
When i rang customer service they say that's how the suppliers send it no apology nothing, no mention in the website that there is no label
I have to pay for sending it back and they won't refund the delivery charge either. Don't buy from them if you are particular about the colour scheme. They are not reliable and not helpful either.”
