“After having ordered a high-value order from this website; I was charged for shipping plus a surprise huge import fee and then waited over three weeks to receive said package while dealing with customer service which was basically copy and pasted generic messages back and forth and no actual customer service or care for their customers. I will never order from them again this is been a horrid experience. I was charged outrageous import fees on top of the shipping fee. Although I've already paid for shipping and they don't disclose this clearly on the website, so obviously it's something to put in the fine print to be lazy and complacent. Ive never paid import on makeup of all things. Do not order from this website there's far better websites to order your makeup from. I used to vouch for them and I never will again.
