Absolutely rubbish customer service,delivering my order since mon but it’s thursday today and I haven’t received my order yet!! Getting emails that my parcel gonna be with me at anytime from 8am to 6pm,so been waiting on mon, tue,wed and today!!

Supplied with 2023 tyres ( one showed up damaged the others looked like they came from bottom of a cess pit) Garage had already fitted them so I told Blackcircles I wanted them replaced with up to date tyres told no as they had been fitted! Quoted customer service fact that I used for Range Rover etc still not willing to change ! Disgraceful customer service .
