“ Customer service was helpful, however the amount of money paid for delivery my package wasn't that securely packaged. Everything was just dumped in a bubble wrap envelope. I ordered a tray which wasn't wrapped at all, so very disappointing. Luckily nothing broke, but I would be worried if I ordered glass items would they be packaged carefully. ”
