This has to be the worst company to order from... items missing, customer service puts you on hold for over 30min then hangs up... so sad

Only one star I would prefer to give a minus 3 stars absolutely terrible service I order some trousers for my son to go to school nothing received just charged me. I emailed them 2 weeks ago have had no response just email saying we will respond in 2 days due to COVID. If this was a smaller company they would be looked into as fraudsters I would suspect that they are going under or being run by criminals avoid avoid

Went into the store in Bromley this morning. One if the ladies of the checkout seemed very uninterested in helping locate a suit I had seen online - this is all we have and walked away. Some people just don't realise how lucky they are to have a job.....

Ordered two pairs of shorts early in August, to be delivered to a local store for my collection, money taken on 17th of August, nothing heard since. No response to my email. Buy at your own risk!

Awful customer service. I will never shop here again. I bought a item and wanted to return it a few days later to find the shop permenatly closed. Tried to return the item to another shop but they refused to except the return of the brand new unused item. This brand is going down hill fast

Disgusting service: I purchased four items online, two are faulty. I have been trying to get something sorted since mid July. I keep being passed to a different customer service person each time and having to start over again. Awful service time they got their act together before its too late. I worked for Burton in the 80's & 90's this kind of service would never have happened.

Paid for 12 months next day delivery. Useless yodel said they couldn't deliver. Emailed burtons but pathetic answer. Philip Green is a joke and an idiot.

Tried to get an exchange from an online order, they sent me to my local store who wouldn't take the item. The I sent it back and was granted the discount on ordering the same item different size after a week of communicating with them. Awfully hard. They really didn't want to give me the discount even though there was a note on my account from a manager granting it to me. Really disappointed in the customer service here, will not be buying anything from here again!

Order number 451380973 Got it sent to a store and they could not find my order. Contacted CS and they keep just asking me to wait! Still no order, no refund or no information. Great service thanks guys!

Ordered a 2 piece suit & when it arrived the trousers were a different colour to the jacket. returned in store where the assistant told me that it was an issue that had been reported already. The warehouse were dispatching a different product to the ones ordered. She ordered another pair of trousers but warned that the same thing may happen & it did. I have contacted the Customer care team & was told they would have to contact the warehouse supervisor and would get back to me but it may take 48 hours. If this issue has already been raised why are they still taking orders & sending out wrong items & why don't their customer care team already know about it. Very poor.

Do not buy from Burton online. Have purchased items from them twice now and both times they messed up my order in the exact same way each time. They are incredibly bad. On the first order, i ordered a suit jacket and suit trousers but the trousers did not show up. In the second order, I ordered another suit jacket and trousers and the jacket did not show up. Not only that but the student discount I applied to the order did not actually apply to the order. After emailing them, they did not apply the discount even after them saying they would. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM BURTON!

They sold me a credit card in the most shady manner imaginable. I went to the Burton's store in Bluewater shopping centre and was sold a credit card at the checkout desk. It was not immediately apparent to me though that what I was getting was a credit card and not a loyalty card until after I had agreed to get one, so it was too awkward to back out once I'd cottoned on. The terms and conditions where not presented to me in written form. I had to listen to recorded audio by listening into a telephone. The lady pretty much encouraged me to put the speaker down as soon as it started, which I did. I cancelled it as soon as I got the paperwork. Needless to say the interest rate was not advantageous to me. Certainly very unethical and I would struggle to see how this sales tactic could be legal.
