Great customer service. Very patient with me when I pestered them to deliver something that I had already been sent! Customer service at its best!

Order placed 5th December, got email on 9th sayings out of stock and offering alternative which I accepted by email, on 10th got reply saying goods wood be dispatched that day. This morning 12th goods arrived. I have dealt with company in the past and never had any trouble. I would definitely buy from them again. I certainly can't fault service or price.

Ordered multipack gloves which were not on stock. Accepted similiar gloves instead for final destination Spain. By mistake of Royal Mail it was routed via Jamaica - Portugal to finally arrive totally soaked in water to its destination in Spain. After several emails sent about solution for the product being received totally wet, no reply whatsoever. I have taken my loss and have put the gloves to dry and hoping the leather has not suffered too much and kept its properties. Disappointing Customer service

BEWARE this company will charge for goods online that they don’t have in stock and then have the nerve to say this is not really a problem as they have many happy customers. Customer service pathetic. It was only the fact that I called them only to find out the club wasn’t in stock but had taken money from my account. Bit of a cowboy outfit.

If you are the owner of this business, to describe it as incompetent is an understatement. Utterly useless. If you are considering buying online from this company, take the time to heed the dreadful reviews and gamble your time away waiting for an item you’ve paid for, but is not actually in stock. This company seem to consider they are doing you a favour by sending something out 2 weeks after the purchase date; they have no comprehension of what Customer Service is or means. After 3 phone calls to these incompetent misfortunates, I was given a refund instead of them sending the item I bought, as they obviously considered my attitude towards them regarding my purchase, made in goodwill, of an out-of-stock item, without any update from the company whatsoever, to be out of sorts with their ethic. To think, that I had considered, at one point, in buying a set of clubs from these fools, I’m SO glad I didn’t. They don’t deserve your hard earned money. Leave well alone. To the owner – you need to invest time and effort in a LIVE purchase system. I would never have wasted my time and money if I knew an item was out of stock in the first place. No updates, no phone calls, sweet FA in terms of service. What a waste.

Wish I had read reviews before buying.My experience with CGD follows a trend which leads you to a brick wall and out of pocket.On reading these reviews you cannot trust them so dont.

Poor delivery reliability and communication; Despite various promises, I have not yet received delivery of clubs and clothing that I ordered at the beginning of April. It would take 3 to 4 weeks, but people are now hiding behind the supplier (PING) and COVID. After a lot of email contact in the beginning, there has been no email response in recent weeks!

Awful customer service. You don't get notified that an item is out of stock. When you phone to chase up orders they just say "oh we had more orders than we had stick for. We are expecting stock soon". Chase up a week later "oh yes stick is due any day now. It has been despatched by the manufacturer". Took 3 weeks for my 1st order and no news on the 2nd which was going to a different address. I will be phoning in the morning to cancel. They need to invest in a proper database and ordering system that shows the actual stock they have and once it is allocated it shows as out of stock. Look elsewhere for good customer service.

Had give one star to be able to review. Appalling service. Ordered golf gloves 14th September 11thDecember and despite numerous e mails, phone calls many empty promises (LIES) nothing has been sent. Finally had to go through Amazon to help get my money refunded. Avoid this company. Awful.

Paid for trousers and shoes, 3 days later they said no trousers and offered alternative which I took, another 4 days later said those were out if stock, absolutely rubbish service. Do not be tempted by these unprofessional people.

Ordered £180.00 of clothing , and haven’t heard nothing for over 10 days ,try and email them and they don’t reply , try and call them and they just don’t answer the phone , it would seem that they advertise stock which is not available

Absolute Disgrace. They take your money and don't provide what you pay for. No correspondence, no way of contacting them to chase an order - An utter shambles. Avoid them at all costs. There is no 'discount' as you don't receive Anything for your money. Criminal how they get away with it!

If you want your money taken, goods not supplied and have to involve Citizens Advice to get your money back. If you want to hear discount was wrong, emails not received, Callaway are to blame, goods not in stock yet advertised as available - use CGDiscountgolf. I ordered 4 Callaway Rogue Woods on 21 April 2020, received 3 clubs on 24 May, numerous false promises and being ignored, eventually received refund on 25 July - no apology, no acceptance of responsibility. Be Warned.

I ordered some Footjoy GTX M/L golf gloves on 24th May 2020 from the CG Discount website. Despite being in lockdown, the wrong order was despatched. I immediately contacted CG Discount and they advised to send the gloves back and they would send out the right ones. I did as they asked. Some 9 weeks have now elapsed and I am still waiting for my order. I have tired of waiting and requested a refund. Neither have I received the gloves which I have ordered from CG regularly over the years nor my money back. It is disgraceful. When you attempt to telephone them. no-one answers and they do not respond to emails except when it pleases them. I advised them that if I did not receive a refund into my bank account today (14th July 2020) I would resort to social media. I am merely exercising my rights as a consumer but more relevantly, if this is how they treat loyal customers, what chance do new customers stand???

Ordered and paid for a Wilson stand bag on 15th June. Standard reply the same day, order confirmed, delivery 3 to 5 working days. 8 days later phoned to be told Wison were running 10 to 14 days behind with orders, (it would have been nice to have been told without prompting). No further correspondence, but on 1st July a message from Paypal refunding my payment to CGDiscount. No explanation from CGD, nothing. What a way to do business! Robert Dunn Kelso

Terrible service avoid at all cost can’t get hold of anyone by email or via phone was meant to receive my order within 3-5 working days we are now day 18 avoid avoid !!!!
