“Ordered multipack gloves which were not on stock. Accepted similiar gloves instead for final destination Spain. By mistake of Royal Mail it was routed via Jamaica - Portugal to finally arrive totally soaked in water to its destination in Spain. After several emails sent about solution for the product being received totally wet, no reply whatsoever. I have taken my loss and have put the gloves to dry and hoping the leather has not suffered too much and kept its properties. Disappointing Customer service”

“BEWARE this company will charge for goods online that they don’t have in stock and then have the nerve to say this is not really a problem as they have many happy customers. Customer service pathetic. It was only the fact that I called them only to find out the club wasn’t in stock but had taken money from my account. Bit of a cowboy outfit.”
