“I recently bought a pair of golf shoes from the company ( my first purchase with them) but unfortunately after 2 months they developed a few faults. I contacted CGDiscount golf who could not have been more helpful, after an e-mail I received a reply instructing me to return the shoes which I did. I paid the return postage but they sent me a golf glove in exchange which would have cost a lot more that the postage. I received a credit voucher which enabled me to order another pair of shoes and just pay the difference. I also rang them and got very helpful advice regarding sizing and brand which helped me decide on my new pair of shoes. I cannot do anything but praise their customer care and service which has been first class. I would have no problem in using them again or recommending them to friends. Well done guys and especially Jacko who I dealt with personally. Many thanks. Norman”

“has some issues with shoes cracking after a month but this was a manufacturer issue not the seller. the after sales customer service was absolutely 1st class, rapid response to any message sent and always happy and ready to help, i got a replacement sent out immediately, i will definitely shop here again. Thanks Jacko”

“I was absolutely blown away with how quick this company despatched and therefor got my new club to me, I placed this order at I think 1 or 2am on Monday morning and this club was delivered Tuesday about lunch time, parcel force are definitely leading the way with how quick they are delivering at the moment but it got to me that quick because it was dispatched so quickly so I really appreciate it. Thank you very much!”

“I bought a Ping Breaker Jacket and reading the reviews I was slightly concerned about the delivery time. Pleased to say it was delivered on time as ordered and fits perfectly. Plus it was £20 cheaper than any other seller. Very happy, well done CG Discount Golf!”
