When did Terrible become the new normal?
I was emailed that this delivery would be delivered between 14.40 to 15.40. It came at 13.16 and just left on my doorstep. I was out at the time, as I had rearranged my day so I could be in for the delivery slot. The tracking says signed by me. It was signed by the driver, not me. Please do not use my identity falsely. It's a £1,100 product. Your service is disgusting.

Horrible, Terrible delivery service and Awful and Rude customer service! The package was shipped from US to Spain, sat in a distribution center in Madrid for almost a month! DHL "supposedly" was contacting the receiver for some additional info.

They said they had delivered my parcel, don't know where wasn't mine, the refused to answer the phone, no photo of the delivery so I can only assume they are lying. Why companies use this courier as they are hopeless and not professional.
