“Soo basically I was at DIY today in ujjain cosmos mall I bought 3 notebooks and the total was 160 but the staff (the one who does the billing) told me that they don’t have change (I handed them 500 rupees note) she was constantly trying to get me to buy more stuff forcing me to buy cups and get a bag even when I was denying again and again then I had to buy an extra brush just to get the stuff that I actually wanted she also talked rudely she was very arrogant and argued with my cousin and said “you should come with change if you are going out for shopping “ this was my first ever worst experience I req u to take this into consideration and get her fired and pls take employees who are polite and respectful , such employees harm brand reputation. Thank you”
