“I have always received the same dye lot if yarn when i order from Deramores. I have ordered from them for numerous years. Never have had any issues, my orders come extremely quickly and have always been correct. One should always ensure you order exactly what you want from ANY online business, but I have never had a problem completing my order with Deramores. Their stock seems a little low on choice at moment, however that should be expected in the midst of a world crisis. Be a little kinder people: perhaps some customer service people are human, and so many people are dealing with more serious issues than the wrong shade of yarn at the moment, just saying, try a little kindness, you might get a surprise. I LOVE Deramores.”
