“Would never order from here again, I ordered a white blouse I paid 5.99 next day delivery and it took 4 days to arrive. The blouse they sent was cream, I called to complain and was told to return it and they would send out the correct colour. They sent out another and what a surprise it was cream again so I requested a refund, I got my refund today and was horrified to see they had actually had the cheek to deduct 1.99 return fee bearing in mind I paid 5.99 delivery fee for them to send the wrong item not once but twice and not even in the time specified for paying that amount. Shocking”

“I have had the worst online return experience in years. I ordered 6 things, sent back 5 of them because they didn't fit, kept 1, but was charged for 2. ! Whyyyyyy I would keep something that doesn't fit me???? I contacted Evans to clarify situation but just been told - our team scans what you send.... Maybe someone from your return team like the dress I sent back and "took it"????!?!?!? Instead of paying £33 I have been charged £60 !!!!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN ! NEEEEEEEEEEVER !!!!!!”
“Awful customer service - not contactable at all. Well over a week just to dispatch my order - now it’s been weeks since I sent my returns and haven’t even had confirmation of receipt. Sent email enquiries and got the same automated reply other reviewers have complained about - ‘high volume of emails’… yada yada. They still manage to bombard me with spam emails at least once a day though!
I used to order from evans all the time but the service levels have clearly dropped drastically.
UPDATE - several more weeks have passed now, still no reply to my emails and they still haven’t processed my return items - have had to claim my money back through the credit card company.
Sham company - will never, ever order from them again.”
