“Very poor craftsmanship All of their products look high quality, so I have ordered a; TV unit, coat rack, cupboard, and 3 sets of drawers. From these items, the doors on the cupboard do not secure properly, I had to get one of the main parts of the coat rack resent as the holes were drilled in the wrong place, the base of one set of drawers resent as the screw hole was not completed, and none of the drawers on the main set fit correct (all are too small). Please do not buy items from here.”

“I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service that I have received from Furniture in Fashion. I bought a coffee table which was damaged. I reported this approx. a month and a half after delivery. Furniture is Fashion are prepared to replace the coffee table, for which I am extremely grateful. May I thank you for you excellent service. I am sure to say that I am your loyal customer and would always be happy to shop with Furniture in Fashion. Thank you once again!”

“The chair legs were not of perfect quality. After a phone call and a few photos Anthony agreed to replace them, and a new set was delivered the next morning. The goods are now satisfactory and I commend the excellent service.”

“I purchased two pieces of flat pack furniture from furniture in fashion and had to contact them due to a couple of damaged items contained within the parcels. The lady who dealt with me, Nancy, couldn't be more helpful and kept me updated as to what she was able to do for me quickly and efficiently. It is always an inconvenience when you receive a parcel containing damaged parts but I have not really found it to be a problem this time due to the professional way my case has been handled. Many thanks furniture in fashion, I won't hesitate to shop with you again and will be recommending you to friends and family.”

“I ordered bar stools from here I recieved them super fast and loved them however one was marked as soon as I contacted the the customer service team and helped with Anthony he gave me a couple of solutions and dealt with me very prompt and I had a replacement part out asap .fab products and customer service was 100%”

“Very good service from the customer care team. After delivery of a study cupboard there was a fault with one of the doors of which Frank at furniture in fashion kindly investigated and had a replacement sent out to us, Many thanks again!”
