FIF were at all time misleading and telling me lies from the very beginning. Even before I bought the goods from you, I was told that you check and double-check all goods before they are sent out A LIE. You told me the goods would be delivered during a cetin time of the day A LIE. I was told that once I checked the goods and if there were a problem, you would resolve it immediately A LIE. You told me that you would have the missing parts delivered the next day A LIE. You gave me a consignment number that I could use to check on my delivery it turned out to be incorrect A LIE. I was told that this kind of think never happens A LIE. I am sent email stating that the issue is solved and the status is closed A LIE. When I call, I am told someone will call back after making enquires A LIE. I COULD CARRY ON….

I purchased a shoe box around £250 and only half of it arrived. I contacted them via phone, they said i had to email. I emailed them, they said i had to click a link to raise a ticket. Raised the ticket, but then they required pictures/a detailed list of exactly what was missing (as i explained - all i knew was i had half a shoe box but could not tell them what individual components were missing as i was not expert and there were no instructions!) about 5 calls later, and an email saying i would seek legal action, i am now awaiting a courier to pick up the received half (hope i dont need to take more time of work for this). I was called rude and un-cooperative because i was getting tired of thinking the issue was resolved, and them coming back asking for more 'evidence'. currently awaiting for courier and money back.

Absolutely jokes! Sent us our high gloss topaz table and when it was put together it was wobbly - the wooden pegs are tiny and not strong enough to hold it - my 7 year old sat to eat her toast and the whole thing crashed down, just about dodging her and broke my toe - the whole thing snapped in half. I contacted furniture in fashion who said it was my fault as my 7 year olds dinner must have been too heavy - toast??? It could have seriously injured my baby if not worse. I quoted trading standards 2015 - the product was faulty and not fit for selling - I wanted a refund to which they declined and offered me a replacement table top. They then withdrew this the next door - it’s totally illegal to sell this let alone not offer a refund and apologise after such a big accident happened - I’m now £200 down with a broken toe, unable to work this week - they are impossible To get hold of and when I asked for their head office address, the purposely gave me a wrong one as obviously this happens a lot. Luckily I was wise to this and did my research - DO NOT BUY, bad quality, bad customer care and unproffesional cowboys. Terrible shoddy products - I am now taking them to court and claiming compensation in injury - so see you in court Furniture in Fashion, atrocious.

Bought 4 Bucketeer chairs and they are rubbish. I had to replace the seat pads with new foam that bought separately otherwise they were so hard as to be uncomfortable and the support poles are constantly working loose despite upgrading the nuts to locknuts and soft hex bolts to square head bolts and using Locktite all at my cost. Moral is don't buy cheap furniture especially off the internet unless it is from Amazon who never query a return.

If there was an option of zero stars I would have used it! Ordered my items 2 months ago and still have nothing,no contact from them at all to explain why except the rep (lies) to the emails and phone calls initiated by me with the last one being Saturday the 29th of July where the customer services representative promised me he would email directly after my phone call giving me the updated delivery time of beginning of August,guess what,it's now Monday morning and I'm still waiting. Worst customer service ever!

DO NOT USE - JOKE OF A COMPANY WHO WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I cannot stress enough how much I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody. I purchased a glass dining table for my new home from them, only to find that upon assembling it when I eventually moved in, the table had a severe wobble. I emailed their complaints team, who refuse to speak to you on the phone and only work via email, to be asked to provide proof of this fault. Fair enough, lots of companies do this. Upon providing this, I was informed that I had simply built the table wrong and should now reassemble the table as per their new instructions via email. Once I did this and the table shockingly still had the same issue, I was informed by the customer service team that they would allow collection or the item and a refund pending investigation when it was returned to them. I was to re-package the table and send them proof when this was done before they would organise a courier collection service. I once again did as they asked and eventually received an email stating when they would pick it up. This email stated the collection point as my old address so I informed them of the move, to which they then replied stating that I must have assembled the table at my old address, taken it down again and then somehow made it unable to be assembled without a wobble at my new address. They also informed me that due to the time that had passed, they wouldn’t be accepting the item back or providing a refund, despite the fact the item is FAULTY. This was never an issue before they felt like they could blame the fault on me!! This company have essentially stolen £300 from me and left me with a product I cannot use or sell on and at least make some of my money back. They informed me that I couldn’t speak to the customer service team over the phone and that they cannot do anything to try and help their customers if it’s been more than ONE month since the purchase. I was informed that the customer service department should never have agreed to a refund, despite the fact that 2 different members of the team were in correspondence with me about it. Furniture in Fashion are an absolute cowboy company who are only interested in making a quick buck, don’t care about the quality of goods or service that they provide their customers and cannot accept that they may actually be at fault. Frankly I don’t believe any of their 5* reviews on here, considering how absolutely terrible they have been to deal with. They have accused me of lying, doubted me at every step of the complaints process and then changed their mind last minute about giving me a refund despite me jumping through hoops for them, stating some nonsense issue about the time that has passed which had never been a problem before. Please for your own sake, never use this company unless you want to waste your time and money.

Just in case FIF is reading this, do not post a generic response after this review like you have done with so many other complaints on here claiming you cannot find my order details as here they are...order number:106573 ticket number:7387. I ordered the milana high gloss coffee table at a cost of £449.50 . Absolutely loved the look of the table and the price comparing it with other sites was quite reasonable. Table was despatched and received very quickley...all good so far. Upon opening of package and taking table out of the box I noticed the table was damaged, some deep scrape's and scratches around the bottom rim as if it had been dragged along a hard surface. Package completely intactso not damaged during transit. So I phoned customer services and was told they couldn't do anything over the phone and I had to raise a ticket on there website (turns out the system one of the most annoying and difficult things I've had to deal with In a while). First response was I needed more pictures....fair enough....second response accusing me of dragging the Item along the floor during the use of it and offering a 10% refund if I keep the damaged item. How dare they accuse me of that why would I do that with something I've just purchased. So I wrote them a colourful response and told them to send a courier as per there terms and conditions. Nope turns out they will not do this so I just wanted to put and end to the whole thing and sent it back via TNT. This cost me £150. So I got my next response saying that they received it and it had extra damage on it so they were deduction £100 from my refund and i would have to claim this from my courier. This sounds like complete bul#@%t to me as the package was completely shielded from damage like the pics they sent me showed. Asked them for more pics so I could make a claim with TNT and said flat out no they weren't sending me what I required. Absolutely disgusted with this company as they have flat out ripped me off!!! Please heed my warning and do not purchase from FIF as you could be next to be n this situation.

I bought a tv stand from furnitute in fashion and paid £249.99 for what seemed a good gloss finish product. After six months of use a crack appeared on a gloss door and after a week there was what appeared to be a tear in the coating used to give a glossy appearance. I contacted Furniture in fashion and sent them photos of the damaged door asking for a replacement door. They came back with mail relating to misuse on my part and that it was wear and tear and if I wanted a replacement door it would cost me £49.99 plus delivery. I would rather trash it than give them any more money! Do not use this company if you want a good product and good customer service.

When ordering items in their website they do not advise itens ate out of stock. From placing my order and still awaiting my parcel it has been a week. I called through to their customer service team ivwas advised we are 100% certain ut will leave our warehouse and that was 4days ago and still waiting for my item. My experience has not been great i would not recommend and neither would i shop with them again.

Received my item and half the parts weren’t there been waiting for over a month to receive them. Did not speak to anyone at the place about this you have to do it all through online. This is a way of fobbing you off 😡🤬 I would like to speak to someone about it what’s going to do something about it. But they refuse and still say do it through email and online which. I have done Still haven’t received my parts. I advise anyone to stay away clear of this company😟😔😡

After falling outside of the agreed 12pm to 3pm delivery window and subsequent three phone calls after 3pm to chase an updated time, I conclude that the service provided is hopeless indeed. Furniture in Fashion are directly responsible for this complete disaster. The courier company used is absolutely hopeless. No further return business for Furniture in Fashion - and I was looking to buy many thousands of pounds worth of items. Regards, Andrew

Very poor customer service , cheap quality furniture . Paid £300 for a coffee table , it looks an attractive design but one leg is longer than the other so impossible to put together. I Told them about the fault but feel frustrated at the lack of communication . I would not order from this company again. Luckily I paid by credit card so I can involve them in getting me a refund if FIF continue fobbing me off .

Issues: - The delivery The provider they used was awful, they expected to be able to deliver Monday to Friday and there was nowhere to collect the goods from. The driver didn't turn up the day it was meant to be delivered after my partner went through the stress and effort of getting 11:30 to 15:30 off at work. - Missing parts in the product so couldn't be built Two parts were missing and therefore, we had a half built tv stand in the living room. In the instructions there is no count of parts so there's no way of knowing if you have everything until you start building it. - Reporting the missing parts to be sent them You have to call their customer services to be sent a link to their 'ticket system'. Then you have to report the issue on their separately and give them every bit of information you can imagine- order number, price of the product, name of the product, date you ordered the product. It takes forever... Then you receive a ticket number and they insist on you sending them a copy of their instructions!! I.e. you have to scan a copy of their instructions?! Every time you 'communicate' with them you have to login to their ticket system which doesn't work. All of this is not worth the furniture, trust me.

Take far too long to get items to you. Most furniture online is delivered within about 3 days with some next day. This company take about 2 weeks.

Ordered the white gloss Sydney sideboard. One of the inside panels is completely damaged with big mark where all the paint work has come away, it’s like it’s had water on it and been stuck to another part. Didn’t think this was to much of a problem as it went inside and we would just wait for a new part to be sent. As assembling the sideboard we find out we haven’t been sent the main end panel, they had sent the complete wrong part. Unable to put the sideboard together and it is just sat half built in our room. I have sent pictures of the damaged and missing part and waiting to hear back. This is a really inconvenience, we waited a week for delivery and Will now have to wait again! Not a great first impression. Especially as the item wasn’t cheap!

Shame I can’t leave a 0 star review. Review of bar stools. Do Not Use This Company. Chairs broke within a few weeks of use. Faulty products have to be returned by post at your expense if you want a refund/replacement, even during the 6 month “Guarantee” period. You can only speak to sales by phone. No management or customer services phone contact... only email.

Do not purchase from this company. We recently bought a £600 glass cabinet, when delivered the packaging was torn and dented not what you would expect when paying this sort of money and when the cabinet is high gloss and glass so very damagable. Once opened one of the glass doors had a crack near one of the hinges ( manufacturer error by the looks) when picked up it shattered into pieces barely missing my husband arm. When reported we were told we would have to buy a new door and that they would take no responsibility. Really bad customer service, they take no ownership, will not be using ever again and I would highly recommend anyone else to either!!!

Very poor craftsmanship All of their products look high quality, so I have ordered a; TV unit, coat rack, cupboard, and 3 sets of drawers. From these items, the doors on the cupboard do not secure properly, I had to get one of the main parts of the coat rack resent as the holes were drilled in the wrong place, the base of one set of drawers resent as the screw hole was not completed, and none of the drawers on the main set fit correct (all are too small). Please do not buy items from here.

Never used before but really excellent. Oder acknowledgement and delivery updates very quick received item really quickly in 2 days. Packaging was really good. Item good quality. Impressed.
