i dont often complain about much but i needed to warn others of my recent experience with the customer care dept . bought a tv cabinet and when i opened it to assemble i found that the top of the unit was damaged and glass was scratched so i emailed the company and sent a couple of photos to support my claim and they told me that because i had assembled the unit they would not dend out a replacement part i tried to explain that i only needed the top of the unit all i got was silly excuses the after care really do not not how to deal with problems i wouldnt buy again from this company all i got was excuse after excuse to a vey simple problem a repacement top is all i wanted my advice stay clear of them

Absolutely disgusting service, every time you call some new picks up the phone with a English name, but yet the cant speak English properly.. My order came with damaged missing parts. Its been over a week and now they telling me to go out shopping and find the parts from other stores!! AVOID THESE CROOKS!

Ordered 2 items which declare on site to have "lots in warehouse" and qualifies for free delivery. I then receive email telling me that one item is out of stock so I cancel but that means paying delivery - fair enough - except that (Scots beware!) my postcode means paying additional fee. Looking closer, they deliver free up to 100 miles north of Edinburgh but 20 miles out of Glasgow deserves additional cost. My postcode is not on an island or requiring side roads, it's by the M8! Customer services wouldn't budge so I cancelled the order. No, I don't recommend.

Very poor craftsmanship All of their products look high quality, so I have ordered a; TV unit, coat rack, cupboard, and 3 sets of drawers. From these items, the doors on the cupboard do not secure properly, I had to get one of the main parts of the coat rack resent as the holes were drilled in the wrong place, the base of one set of drawers resent as the screw hole was not completed, and none of the drawers on the main set fit correct (all are too small). Please do not buy items from here.

On writing to their support they offered me £40 to keep the item as is???? I sent them a video showing that the parts won't screw together and several pictures of the damage. I am insulted that they offered only £40 with all the proof supplied and had to leave a review so everyone else can see how disgusting this company is.

Ordered items that showed in stock to be emailed a week after informing me that an item i ordered was out of stock from the supplier. It would be back in stock in about 4 weeks. That was 5 weeks ago! Ive been waiting over two months and my lounge has no furniture in it. I wont be using this company again and will get my bank on the case to request a refund

do not use this company, my wardrobes have taken 6 months and still havent arrived, they have not once called me or updated me. and customer service are not helpful, happy the time their phone system goes to voicemail

Big scammers sent me Rusty and damaged Dining table returned the item back but no refund yet, contact Freud team against them and about to register fraud via my bank. Please don't buy from them rubbish furniture with rubbish customer service

When ordering items in their website they do not advise itens ate out of stock. From placing my order and still awaiting my parcel it has been a week. I called through to their customer service team ivwas advised we are 100% certain ut will leave our warehouse and that was 4days ago and still waiting for my item. My experience has not been great i would not recommend and neither would i shop with them again.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with from the CEO right down to the "after sales service department" Took 7 MONTHS to resolve my claim / Never answer any of the questions in your email ( just the standard pre worded apology text ). They try to fob you off with insulting offers of compensation for product faults that are clearly a manufacturing fault (WRONG COLOURED PART) then offer £20 then £50 to accept and keep the product like a cheap ill reputed scam company. I lost the will to keep continually arguing with them and settled to get them out of my life. Like others have said if i could give zero I would. Lastly I believe that this company must pay for most of the positive reviews to clear the negative ones from being seen. I would hope that most would see these for what they really are. AVOID THIS AWFUL "COMPANY"

This is an absolute joke. This company have lost me two days business. The furniture ( a computer table took 12 days to arrive from Bolton ( I live in Fleetwood !! ). They hardly ever answer the phone, and the update on goods 'progress' is wrong. The main issue is the delivery firm they employ who are totally incompetent. They sent my goods to Scotland, then gave me a time and date and phoned me late in the day to say they were not coming. They they said they would arrive two days later, only then to say it would be 3 days. Avoid these amateurs like the plague...Would NEVER buy from them again. Should have used Amazon

Be very cautious if you have a problem with anything they are not very helpful and you have to fill out there tickets to report any faults which is a nightmare company doesn't get in touch with you to sort out issues very disappointed customer

Received my item and half the parts weren’t there been waiting for over a month to receive them. Did not speak to anyone at the place about this you have to do it all through online. This is a way of fobbing you off 😡🤬 I would like to speak to someone about it what’s going to do something about it. But they refuse and still say do it through email and online which. I have done Still haven’t received my parts. I advise anyone to stay away clear of this company😟😔😡

I purchased a shoe box around £250 and only half of it arrived. I contacted them via phone, they said i had to email. I emailed them, they said i had to click a link to raise a ticket. Raised the ticket, but then they required pictures/a detailed list of exactly what was missing (as i explained - all i knew was i had half a shoe box but could not tell them what individual components were missing as i was not expert and there were no instructions!) about 5 calls later, and an email saying i would seek legal action, i am now awaiting a courier to pick up the received half (hope i dont need to take more time of work for this). I was called rude and un-cooperative because i was getting tired of thinking the issue was resolved, and them coming back asking for more 'evidence'. currently awaiting for courier and money back.

I have had the worst experience with this company. For the last month I have been chasing missing furniture parts, a refund and the collection of a faulty/incomplete desk and poor quality dining table. I have made over 20 calls to this company and am no further forward. I’ve had to ask the bank to step in and raise a claim to recover my funds. Also, took them almost three weeks to deliver missing parts!!

Do not buy from this company. I have never dealt with any organisation more annoying than them. Literally a joke!!! Bought bedside tables and chest of draws. Didn’t say we’re flat packed on the item. But they have said it says somewhere that everything is 🤷‍♀️ Anyway came and was the completely wrong colour. The process of trying to get these returned has been an absolute shambles and I’ve spent hours trying to email pictures, videos etc etc and they are never happy with anything you do and just keep asking for another thing to another email address. I literally want to scream!!! Buy from a reputable company who happily take returns and don’t try and charge you £80 to do so.

I have never come across a useless courier company in my like EU Fleet Solutions. The minute you look at the so called delivery man, you just know it's a disaster. After having to wait long for my delivery, they were only able to deliver one item out of the two becaise they said it was too heavy to carry to the first floor. They did not even want to bring up the 1st item becaise they thought my flat was on 2nd floor until I pointed out that i was on the 1st floor. When I phoned Furniture in Fashion to make a complaint, the sales person Adam was not even sympathetic, not even an apology but was quick to point out that i have to sort it out with the courier and if i was to cancel the order then they will be some cancellation charges. It's a shame that they have very nice furniture but i do not think I would want to experience this kind of customer service and disappointment. I could have rated this zero if there was one.
