“Absolutely disgusting. I bought a £300+ table for the kitchen from this company. The table is damaged, won't go together and I'm pretty sure they've even sent me the wrong parts. On writing to their support they offered me £40 to keep the item as is???? I sent them a video showing that the parts won't screw together and several pictures of the damage. I am insulted that they offered only £40 with all the proof supplied and had to leave a review so everyone else can see how disgusting this company is.”

“I have bought multiple items from this website over the last few years and found staff has been very helpful in providing appropriate help and information, delivery is fast too. All products received in good conditions. If I talk about 100% customer satisfaction then there is no company across the Globe which can commit that their each any every customer is satisfy its not easy to satisfy every single customer as I am also running business, so I can understand about it but whenever I need to buy something, first I visit furniture in fashion website as they have an extensive range. Totally recommend it and please do ignore the fake comments left below and Negative marketing doing by competitors.....”

“Ordered a TV stand, which was delivered quickly. I didn't immediately assemble it and only noticed that parts were missing months after the order, the customer service still swiftly sent replacement parts -> one happy customer!”

“We were really pleased with the Wardrobes and chest of drawers we purchased for our newly decorated bedroom, delivery was quick, however, we did have a couple of damaged pieces, when we contacted customer services,. Alex couldn't have been any more helpful, he arranged for the pieces to be replaced immediately which have arrived and we now have our furniture all assembled and looking great, we had no issues with the communication at all and would definitely recommend to our friends as what could have been a problem actually wasn't at all - many thanks”

“I was very pleased with both the product supplied by the company, and their customer service also. I was particularly pleased with the way they dealt with replacing a part which was damaged during assembly. Anthony was fantastic, responding quickly to emails and resolving the issue very well. Would definitely recommend! Thank you so much!”

“Ordered items that showed in stock to be emailed a week after informing me that an item i ordered was out of stock from the supplier. It would be back in stock in about 4 weeks. That was 5 weeks ago! Ive been waiting over two months and my lounge has no furniture in it. I wont be using this company again and will get my bank on the case to request a refund”
